Josh Wink的第一張專輯,於96年發表,多半是一些比較低度的House和Breakbeat,和一點點的Techno,還有Acid聲響.
雖然不會特別讓你有很High的感覺,不過也很適合欣賞.你可能會有個疑問:怎麼曲子那麼多?
不過別忘了,Josh Wink也是個DJ,DJ總是會把數首曲子接連地Mix在一起讓它們不中斷,所以有些曲子 其實是將他的作品接連起來的過場而已...都只有幾秒中而已.不過Josh
Wink 連過場曲都能幫它取名字,真是佩服他...開場曲Warm Wet Sand在放慢的Breakbeat
中,有著輕柔的旋律和Josh Wink的旁白,聽起來很輕鬆;You Are The One
是本專輯中比較高能量的Acid House作品;Don't Laugh的搞怪不用多說.
Topfe & Pfannen有一點Drum'n'Bass,但還是很輕.
其他的作品我倒不覺得怎麼樣,因為它們全被Higher State Of Consciousness
的光芒給蓋過了~!!聽過了Higher State Of Consciousness的瘋狂Acid聲,你絕對不會忘記Josh

Herehear中,是首Techno作品,工業味道 非常重,以一種被壓得很扁很散的音效貫穿全曲;New
Mix則加入了一些Breakbeat 還有很粗暴的Acid聲;My Friend是結構鬆散的Techno;
Autumn Dayz是輕鬆的Drum'n'Bass,不過旋律聽起來似乎是從Left
Above The Clouds的Warm Wetr Sand中抽出來的.

這是首Breakbeat作品,Josh Wink請來了同是費城的搖滾樂團The Interpreters
擔任演唱.他們的歌聲搭配上Josh Wink的音樂實在是頹廢極了~ 不過其他Simple Man的remix也蠻精彩的.Boom
Boom Satelites Remix 是Big Beat版本;Gonstermacher
Longer Remix是Funk版本,我比較喜歡; Optical Remix是比較陳沉的Drum'n'Bass版;Allen
Placer Mix 是House版本,還將原本的歌聲變成用"唸"的.
P.S:這張CD還包含了一個小程式,可以讓你在電腦上將Simple Man做remix喔~
不過不能把做出的作品儲存起來就是了...
